  • A 1.5 hour open kitchen demonstration of four great holiday recipes. Learn how to make three sides perfect for bringing to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. To top it off, learn the art of truffle making in a variety of flavors!

  • Cost of entry: $15-$20 

  • Location: 

  • Menu: Coffee, chocolate, and mint truffles; winter, smoked salmon salad;  gnocchi with a mushroom ragu; bacon & onion tart.
